By using Nucleo Mod, Nucleo Networks websites, dashboards, APIs, verification tools, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot or related services.
These Terms are intended to explain acceptable use of Nucleo Mod and related Nucleo Networks services. They are not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, configuring, accessing, or using Nucleo Mod, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you use Nucleo Mod on behalf of a server, community, or organization, you confirm that you have permission to do so.
2. Description of the Bot
Nucleo Mod is a Discord moderation and verification bot operated by Nucleo Networks. Its features may include age verification status tools, cross-server verification support for approved partner communities, moderation utilities, server safety tools, AI/chat features, user lookup tools, dashboards, APIs, logging, and other server-management features.
Nucleo Mod is designed to assist server staff. It does not replace human moderation, staff judgment, legal compliance, or Discord’s own enforcement systems.
3. Age Verification and Cross-Server Verification
Nucleo Mod may allow authorized server staff to mark users as verified or not verified for age-restricted community access. Verification records may be used to help approved partnered servers recognize a user’s prior verification status.
Server owners and staff are responsible for using verification tools honestly, carefully, and only for legitimate moderation or access-control purposes. You may not falsify verification records, misuse verification information, harass users based on verification status, or attempt to bypass age restrictions.
Nucleo Mod may also integrate with third-party identity or verification providers. When third-party verification services are used, their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
4. User and Server Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Nucleo Mod complies with Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, your local laws, and your server’s own rules.
You agree not to use Nucleo Mod or related Nucleo Networks services for prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse
- Hate speech, extremist content, or discriminatory conduct
- Spam, raids, scams, phishing, malware, or platform abuse
- Impersonation or deceptive conduct
- Uploading, requesting, distributing, or promoting illegal content
- Attempting to bypass age gates, verification systems, permissions, or security controls
- Scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or attacking Nucleo systems
- Using the Bot to violate Discord rules or applicable law
5. Adult and NSFW Content
Some Nucleo Mod deployments or related Nucleo Networks systems may support age-restricted, NSFW, or adult-server moderation features where legally permitted and properly age-gated. Any such use must comply with Discord’s rules, applicable law, and the rules of the server where the Bot is used.
Illegal sexual content, non-consensual content, sexual content involving minors or appearing to involve minors, exploitation, trafficking, revenge content, or content shared without proper rights or consent is strictly prohibited. Nucleo Networks may suspend access, remove content, report abuse, or cooperate with appropriate authorities when necessary.
6. AI and Automated Features
Nucleo Mod may include AI-powered features, automated responses, moderation assistance, content classification, or similar tools. AI and automated systems may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate in some situations.
Server staff remain responsible for reviewing important moderation decisions. You should not rely on Nucleo Mod as the sole basis for high-impact decisions without human review.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
Nucleo Mod may collect and process data necessary to operate its features, such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, command usage, configuration settings, moderation logs, verification status, audit records, uploaded media metadata, and other technical information.
Data collection and use are further described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot or related services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for notifying your server members, where required, that Nucleo Mod may be used in your server for moderation, verification, logging, AI features, or other server-management purposes.
8. Permissions and Access
Nucleo Mod requires certain Discord permissions to function. Server administrators are responsible for granting only the permissions necessary for their intended use. Some commands and features may be restricted to server owners, administrators, moderators, approved staff, or authorized users.
Nucleo Networks may restrict, suspend, or revoke access to certain features, including cross-server verification or media features, if a server or user is believed to be misusing the Bot or creating risk for users, Nucleo Networks, Discord, or the public.
9. Media Uploads and User Content
If Nucleo Mod or related Nucleo Networks services allow media uploads, feeds, CDN links, or user-submitted content, you are responsible for the content you upload, tag, share, or make available. You must have the legal right to upload and distribute that content.
Nucleo Networks may moderate, restrict, remove, disable, or report user content that violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Discord’s rules, applicable law, or server safety requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
Nucleo Mod, Nucleo Networks branding, software, website content, graphics, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by Nucleo Networks or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit Nucleo Networks materials without prior written permission, except where expressly allowed by Nucleo Networks.
11. Availability and Changes to Services
Nucleo Mod is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features may change, break, be rate-limited, be removed, or become unavailable at any time. Nucleo Networks does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent data retention, or compatibility with every Discord server configuration.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nucleo Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, server access, revenue, reputation, community membership, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use Nucleo Mod or related services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nucleo Networks from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Nucleo Mod, your server configuration, your content, your misuse of verification or moderation tools, or your violation of these Terms, Discord’s rules, or applicable law.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Nucleo Mod or related services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, abused the Bot, violated Discord’s rules, or used the services in a harmful or unlawful way.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Nucleo Mod or related services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Some rights or obligations may vary depending on your location.
